Homes for rent in Golem

Golem: a renter’s guide

Golem and Mali i Robit carry the Durrës beach on to the south. Building here is mainly holiday residences, some right by the sea and others among the pine trees, and many come with a pool and parking. That makes it a natural choice for a summer rental if you have a car; living here all year is possible but much quieter once the season ends. Ask whether pool and maintenance charges are included in the rent.

Good for

• Families renting a holiday apartment with a pool
• Owners letting by the season
