About ShtepiMeQera.org

ShtepiMeQera.org is a listings site for property to rent in Albania: houses, apartments, rooms, land and business premises. Agencies, agents and owners publish their listings; tenants find them by city, zone, layout and monthly rent, and contact the lister directly. The site lists rentals only: for property for sale, see the sister site Shtepi.org.

What you find here

• A page for every city and zone, with rents worked out from the listings online that day.
• Listings in Albanian, English and Italian. The lister's text is translated automatically and marked as such; the original always stays visible.
• Pages by layout, monthly rent and feature: furnished, with a sea view, with parking, from private owners without an agency.
• A directory of estate agencies.

What we are not

ShtepiMeQera.org is not an estate agency. We do not let property ourselves, we take no commission on rentals, and we are not a party to agreements between listers and visitors. The lister answers for the accuracy of a listing. Before any payment, see the property and make sure the person has the right to let it.

Where listings and profiles come from

Listings are published by registered accounts: owners, agents and agencies. Some agency profiles, with their listings, were added from information the agencies themselves have made public. These profiles are marked as not yet claimed. An agency can claim its profile at any time, change its details, or ask for its removal by writing to us.

How listings are reviewed and what is not allowed is set out in the publishing rules.

Who runs the site

The site is run by ShtepiMeQera.org. The registration of the company is in progress; its address and registration number will be added here once it is complete.
