ShtepiMeQera.org is a platform where real-estate agencies and owners publish listings for property to rent. The site lists rentals only: listings for property for sale are not accepted. We are not a party to agreements between publishers and interested people, and we do not act as a real-estate agency.

Your account

• Give accurate details and confirm your email address before publishing.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.

Listings

• Publish only property you have the right to let.
• Details, monthly rent and photos must be true, and the photos must be yours or used with permission.
• When the property is rented, mark it so or delete the listing.
• Fraudulent, duplicate, discriminatory or unrelated listings are not allowed.

We may hide or delete listings and close accounts that break these rules.

Liability

Listing content is the responsibility of its publisher. We do not guarantee its accuracy and advise you to check the property and the publisher's right to let it before any payment. Average-rent figures on the site are calculated from listings and are indicative only.
